By accessing or using ResumeQ.ai ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

ResumeQ.ai provides AI-powered resume verification, fabrication detection, GitHub credential verification, and interview question generation for hiring professionals.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3.2 Prohibited Use

You may not:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Share account credentials with unauthorized users
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data via automated means
• Circumvent security features or usage limits

4. Subscription Plans

4.1 Free Trial

14-day free trial includes 3 resume evaluations. No credit card required. Automatically ends unless upgraded to paid plan.

4.2 Paid Plans

• Starter ($99/mo): 20 evaluations/month
• Professional ($249/mo): 75 evaluations/month
• Enterprise ($599/mo): Unlimited evaluations

4.3 Billing

• Subscriptions renew automatically monthly/annually
• Prices subject to change with 30-day notice
• Overage charges apply: $6-8 per additional evaluation
• No refunds for partial months

5. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via account settings. Access continues until end of billing period. No pro-rated refunds.

6. Data and Privacy

6.1 Your Data

You retain ownership of all resumes and candidate data uploaded. We process data only to provide the Service.

6.2 Candidate Consent

You warrant that you have obtained necessary consent from candidates to process their data through our Service.

6.3 Data Deletion

Upon account deletion, all data is removed within 30 days (except as required by law or active disputes).

7. Service Availability

• Uptime: 99.9% SLA for Enterprise plans (excludes scheduled maintenance)
• Maintenance: Scheduled during off-peak hours with notice
• No Guarantee: Service provided "as is" for Starter/Professional

8. Intellectual Property

ResumeQ.ai and all related trademarks, logos, and content are owned by us. You may not use without written permission.

9. AI Accuracy Disclaimer

Important: Our AI analysis achieves 89% accuracy based on 14,000+ evaluations. However, AI is not infallible. Results should inform, not replace, human judgment in hiring decisions. We are not liable for hiring decisions based solely on our analysis.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ResumeQ.ai shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages exceeding amount paid in prior 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify ResumeQ.ai from claims arising from your use of the Service, violation of Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

12. Governing Law
